Our story
Could a healthy soda exist?
Let’s be honest; we all enjoy indulging in a refreshing drink. But sodas, even the so-called sugar-free versions, aren’t always healthy. And even some gut-friendly drinks like kombucha are often high in sugar. Yet, just sipping on water or tea… it gets boring. We wanted to create something that was not only good for you but also mind-blowingly tasty and refreshing.. the healthiest soda that is big on taste and science backed.. Challenge accepted.
The Fhirst of its kind. finally.
We set about it. After two years of uncountable kitchen recipes and stability tests and working with the best-in-class product development partners, we finally did it. Zero sugar, no sweeteners, great for your gut health and most important of all (let’s be honest) lip-smacking tasty. Our secret? Pure, clean, natural and science-backed ingredients. A soda that redefines “soda as it should be.”

Why gut health?
Traditional sodas are notoriously bad for your gut, leaving you feeling unnourished, bloated and even giving your sugar crashes. Something that delicious should make you feel better rather than worse. By having probiotics and prebiotics (healthy bacteria and the food that feeds it), FHIRST nourishes your gut, giving it the means to boost your immunity and brain health. Why? Because the gut is where key hormones are created and vitamins and nutrients are absorbed.
Each can also has 5g of prebiotic fibre, 2 billion of probiotics and zinc not bad for a soda, right? We even did scientific studies to ensure it reaches your gut alive, which is sadly the case for most store-bought gut-friendly drinks.
Great for the planet too.
There is no need for excessive plastics when it comes to delivering drinks. We use almost no plastic in packaging, minimise packaging and have recyclable cans. But that isn’t enough; we wanted to do more, so we also donate 1% of our turnover to SUGi, which helps restore biodiversity and regenerate ecosystems by creating 100% biodiverse urban forests using the Miyawaki method.
